there are many other ways to be in a good mood:
try to exercise because exercising will improve your mood
have a good sleep, avoid sleeping too much or too little because can make you feel depressed
go out don't stay at home thinking about the bad things that made you feel depressed and try to find a good company
try some of the relaxation techniques that are provided online
have a pet at home, scientists found that people who have pets at home are less depresses
act as if you are not depressed this will you get over your problems

these are some of the ways that you can seek to fight depression

what are the pros and cons of eating chocolate?


Eating chocolate has many advantages other than reducing it reduces depression. It is full of proteins and vitamins so it is good for our muscules. also it protects our teeth from plaque formation. Dark chocolate is good for blood vessels, prevents high blood pressure, protect us from cancer and promote cardiac health by increasing the amount of blood that goes to brain.
Dark chocolate is always better than milk chocolate that's because it contains higher level of cocoa.
but this doesn't mean that we should eat lots and lots of chocolate, because this can lead to obesity. It may cause diabates and heart desease!

Is chocolate good for decreasing depression?


That's a question that many people ask "is chocolate good for depression?"
Dark chocolate is known as an antidepressant,it is an important supply of serotonin, dopamine, and phenylethylamine. These are neurotransmitters that help you be in a better mood.
The good thing is that chocolate is available now with differnt prices and types so anyone can chocolate and be in a better mood,But it depends!
for people who are very depressed chocolate may provide them with a temporal feeling of happiness and then they become again depressed.

why do we feel depressed?

Feeling depressed is a very bad feeling, you feel that you are incapable to do anything even the easiest tasks in your life, you are always sad and not that motivated to talk with one or to start a new project.
Sometimes it is just a short time sentiment, we feel like this because of having lots and lots of work to finish, so we become very confused and unable to perform well, actually that's normal many of us may have the same feelings!
But what if these feelings remained for a long time; being unhappy, weak, alone and unmotivated to do anything to change that bad mood!
And that 's may be because of some bad events that happened in our life; the death of a friend,
a huge loss in business,etc..............
But how can we change all these terrible sentiments?
  • Surround yourself with optimistic and cheerful friends:talking with someone who has positive thoughts will help you change this horrible mood.
  • Try to set new goals in your life: doing a new plan or reorganizing your unmet tasks will help you start a new day with a motivated mind
  • Try to help others : joining charity activities and helping others in their work will have a good impact on your life.

The above are some advices that we can follow when we are depressed.
