Sometimes it is just a short time sentiment, we feel like this because of having lots and lots of work to finish, so we become very confused and unable to perform well, actually that's normal many of us may have the same feelings!
But what if these feelings remained for a long time; being unhappy, weak, alone and unmotivated to do anything to change that bad mood!
And that 's may be because of some bad events that happened in our life; the death of a friend,
a huge loss in business,etc..............
But how can we change all these terrible sentiments?
- Surround yourself with optimistic and cheerful friends:talking with someone who has positive thoughts will help you change this horrible mood.
- Try to set new goals in your life: doing a new plan or reorganizing your unmet tasks will help you start a new day with a motivated mind
- Try to help others : joining charity activities and helping others in their work will have a good impact on your life.
The above are some advices that we can follow when we are depressed.
