
Eating chocolate has many advantages other than reducing it reduces depression. It is full of proteins and vitamins so it is good for our muscules. also it protects our teeth from plaque formation. Dark chocolate is good for blood vessels, prevents high blood pressure, protect us from cancer and promote cardiac health by increasing the amount of blood that goes to brain.
Dark chocolate is always better than milk chocolate that's because it contains higher level of cocoa.
but this doesn't mean that we should eat lots and lots of chocolate, because this can lead to obesity. It may cause diabates and heart desease!
